Broadway

After New Years Mom, Dad, Dave and Kim all came down to Connecticut to visit. Dave wanted to show Kim around NYC and I had bought Mom and Dad tickets to a broadway show...so, we all went to NYC and here are some pictures.

Because I had to work in the city that day...Dave and Kim woke up early and took the train in with me so that they could go to the Today Show. This picture is of us freezing our butts off outside the Today Show studio. Dave and Kim ended up getting on TV after I had left to get to work.

Everyone (Mom, Dad, Dave, Kim, Kathy) met me at my office after work and we got some dinner and walked around Times Square.

Mom and I fooling around at the Times Square Toys R Us and pretending King Kong is going to bite our heads off!

I decided to do something a little different this year for Christmas...and ended up getting my parents tickets to go see The Lion King on broadway. And hoped that they would like it...

Kathy also really wanted to see The Lion King...so she decided to get a ticket and come along as well.

This is right before the show started. We were sitting in the center front part of the Mezzanine. It would have been neat to be on the floor because all the animals come in down the aisle...but besides that they were great seats and we could see everything!

After the show we met back up with Kim and Dave (Dave took this picture). The show was fantastic! And I would definitely recommend it to anyone that wants to see a broadway show! The costumes and everything were so amazing. I definitely wouldn't mind seeing it again!
